~The King: WHEN I CALLED ***-***-**** I WAS ONLY DIRECTED TO GO TO "HELP" ON THE FACEBOOK PAGE... THIS DIDN'T HELP ME AT ALL... WHEN I WRITE A COMMENT IN THE BOX NOTHING HAPPENS... ALSO, THERE IS NOTHING LIKE "POST" OR ANYTHING TO CLICK ON EXCEPT A "CAMERA & A SMILEY" TO THE RIGHT OF THE COMMENT BOX... CLICKING ON THESE DOES NOT POST MY COMMENT, ALTHOUGH A SMILEY FACE WILL SHOW IF I "CLICK" ON IT... TOTALLY FRUSTRATED & DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO TO SOLVE ME PROBLEM JOHN CARRIGAN *****@***.com

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~The King: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~The King: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
~The King: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
