~Dave Hill: never responded*try e-mail, will not send--incorrect information given by FB*asking for mobile phone *, don't have one and it will not let me continue even though it states "if possible"*help pages are no help. why even give a phone * if you already state in the recording that you do not give phone help*states you can leave a message but it is unlikely if anyone will get back to you
