~want to get fit: I just took the products out of the box and have a queston about the wifi connections before I go to the trouble of setting it up. No contact info on website. Disgusting. Called *** number on this site and got the same message every else did....call back later. I am going to send both products back before even taking them out of the box. I refuse to deal with a company that has so much contempt for its customers.
