~PensacolaMom: They lose your paperwork, cancel your child's insurance for ridiculous reasons, and make it nearly impossible to use. Even when you do have coverage * times out of ** they stop covering the medication you need. Horrible, and the worst part is this is the only option for kids who really need it.

~PensacolaMom: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
