GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-naomigai: Hello, I am an extremely frequent customer at the forever ** stores all over and love your clothes. Today I went to the store located in the water tower mall on michigan avenue and had an extremely disappointing experience. I went into the store ** minutes before it closed, picked up around * items and even even spoke to the store attendants to direct me to what i was looking for. Just after I spoke to one of the store attendants I went to the dressing room to try the items on (this was ** minutes before closing time) when I went to the dressing room the same store attendant that I had spoken to a couple of minutes before told me I could not try the items on because they were closing. I ask if I could quickly try the items on and that i would take * minutes, also taking into consideration that in theory I still had ** minutes. She told me I would be an inconvenience for them and to go back another day. She was extremely rude to me. I said I was sorry it was late but i don't understand why she didn't tell me about the situation before when I had spoken to her with those items in my hand and she replied by saying she didn't have the time to pay attention to things like that and said that it wasn't her problem. I ended up leaving the store with nothing and feeling extremely uncomfortable. I really love Forever ** and I am extremely disappointed with this service. Also I would just like to add that I have worked in restaurants, clothing stores and hotels so I completely understand the industry but I don't believe there is any excuse. **Regards,**Naomi
