GetHuman-274923: been with the company a long time, maybe around **** or so. service has always been great, but every so often a bonehead tech would totally take out our service for days on end. always was a pain to fix the directories again. they have their fair share of awesome techs too though, just a shame i didn't get one this last round.

GetHuman-274923: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
