GetHuman-267433: Pathetic that we have to waste our valuable time waiting so long for a representative. Once connected to a human, he was stellar. I had to redeem some vouchers I received from an overbooked flight. No way to do that automatically through voice prompts. Frontier needs to get a clue from SWA and just call us back instead of putting us on hold!
