~exi0dus: * days ago a tech was supposed to be here. yesterday they told me today. now they dont even have the ticket in their system, but they saw it this morning when i called. disconnect and go to time warner cable. frontier will allow your speeds to drop to %** of what you are supposed to have and they wont help you because its within "acceptable limits". im not paying $*** a month for home phone and internet that is at best times *.*mbps when im rated at *.*mbps. ill pay $** a month with time warner with a guaranteed speed of ***mbps.
