~Pam Blubaugh: Frontier is the worst communications company I have seen anywhere in the country. Their internet service here is atrocious. Our phones have been down now for over ** hours in spite of the fact that they have been warned that, as this is rural area with no cell service, the safety of their customers could be jeopardized if there is an accident or a fire. I suppose it's going to take a major lawsuit to straughten up this disaster of a company. It's easy to see why their stock prices are bottom of the barrel. I intend to contact my government officials about taking action as they had to with our local power supplier.

~Pam Blubaugh: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Pam Blubaugh: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
