GetHuman-275670: This was a terrible experience. After a long wait, I was told that I could not cancel my Backstage Pass membership, despite the fact that the literature that comes with the membership said that it can be cancelled anytime. Combined with the fact that store staff lied in telling me there was no cost to the membership, I have virtually zero trust in fye. I have no intention of purchasing product from fye ever again.

GetHuman-275670: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-275670: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
