~Sad customer: Called reference technological issue with refurbished Apple product purchased at my local store. First tried resolving through local store and apple who advised customer service had authority to help resolve the issue. After several near hour long waits on the phone, someone finally picked up. They made me explain three times, then told me to return to the store. Unreal!
