Then pick an extension. *I don't remember which one I used, it may or may not matter* They transferred me to operator * ** minutes. I told the operator what I wanted and she immediately transferred me to a human being. Who dropped the call, probably because the connection was bad from my Google Phone. Definitely use a phone and not the computer. I actually reached a human being in under ** minutes. Second time I called, reached a human again in under ** minutes. :-) whoopee! Be sure to sign up for services on the website through Compass in order to get a client ID number, first!
