~Mike: Nightmare with this company. I was finally able to sign up for the exchange thru another method. They will tell you anything just to get you off phone and I was lied to many times. Doubt they care. Their employees are quick to throw you in hold and just ignore your question. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

~Mike: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mike: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Mike: For that I would say five out of five.
