GetHuman-shabaliv: I love Golden*, usually. After all these years I have finally lost my card for the first time. I needed to call to get it deactivated and have a new one sent to me. Well, surprisingly, I could not get through the automated teller menu for my dear life. I gave them my account and the only pin number I know of. It just wouldn't take it. I'm happy I came online and found out that to get to a human you just had to put yourself on mute while the menu plays until they connect you to a person. It was faster than I thought. The person himself was great. I got my issue resolved within minutes after verifying myself. *) I'll give * stars for Golden* Customer Service...I just dreadfully hate that automated teller thing that won't let me get through. -*- They should have an option for your social security so that you could get through.
