~passenger comment: Terrible. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY ARE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF NUMEROUS TIMES. THE BUS WAS LATE DEPARTING AND ARRIVING. A HALF AN HOUR EACH TIME! THE L.A. OFFICE IS CLOSED (FRIDAY NIGHT @ *:** PM) NO PLACE TO GO WHEN YOU MISSED YOUR RIDE BECAUSE THE BUS WAS LATE! DANGEROUS POSITION FOR PEOPLE TO BE PUT IN!
