~kimasonb: I called in twice selecting option two and call disconnected. I called back selected * would tell them the issue and this is * time calling, they agreed to transfer me and when they did, disconnected - did this * times. on the *th time, i asked for super visor and was put on hold. lady returned to tell me there was indeed an issue with the line, but as the online support team was on the floor above them, they had no way of transferring call, could not provide a direct number and could not send anyone upstairs to ask them to pick up phone, but offered to take my number and have someone call me. I simply wanted to update my email so I could get security question answer emailed to me and access my account. What should take *mins tops
