~licensedtoquill: NETBOOK SUPPORT: voice activated but such lengthy menus seem designed to make you buy some other computer. Annoying continuous messages prevent you from working while you have them on speakerphone. Then ** mins into the call, while I was trying to get specs, she started pretending I was calling about printers!
