GetHuman-373752: I bought a B*W printer cartridge no. ** (for HP PSC ****) from this HP re-seller a fortnight back on trust (no receipt given), but it was found defective post installation. Retailer Alok K. Nandy has been persistently refusing to refund. His shop address is *** Grand Trunk Rd., Bally, Howrah Dist., W.B. ******, Ph. *** ********, mob. **********. Please assist n getting the refund. Retailer, whose shop also claims to be HP equipment service centre, had taken over * months to repair my printer, and finally said that equipment needs to be replaced, apart from defective cartridge. Repair centre at Serampore found nothing wrong, except the (defective) cartridge purchased. Please help
