~Sidra: I ordered ** days ago and my order still shows pending so I finally found a phone number. The **** would disconnect me due to a high volume of calls.I did get through and they said my order didn't process due to incorrect billing but it was the same as I always used with them.They said it had been keyed in wrong on their end so I asked could they ship over night.They said no,but they could in * days for an extra charge to me.I asked why should I pay for their mistake.They said there was nothing they could do.Well,that was * days ago and it still says pending!I won'*t be ordering from them again.I have now been on hold for ** minutes. Just got through and they are sorry the website says pending but it is on the truck and will be here in *-* days.I do not live in another country!!
