~Unhappy cuss: My first * calls, to ***-***-**** & ***-***-****, got quick answers, but w* unhelpful canned messages & then cutoffs. Calling ***-***-**** got me a polite human w*in *-* mins. I learned Haband pays for neither firs-round nor return shipping, & my argument that what I'm returning was not properly described, fell upon deaf (tho polite) ears. I will never deal w* Haband again, nor should you.
