~Edie: Called to see why a return had not been credited to my credit card. The call was answered right away. Rep asked if he could place me on hold to investigate. I was on hold for * minutes when the Rep returned stating that package had been received but not yet credited to my account. Rep was very professional and apologized that the return was not processed in a timely manner and agreed to processing it right away. He said I should see the credit applied to my card in * to * business days. I was happy with the customer service experience.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hayneedle. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hayneedle problem?
~Edie: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Edie: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hayneedle's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Edie: For that I would say one out of five.
