GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HealthCare.gov customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~:): I have submitted, resubmitted and submitted again various documents. The Florida branch complains about the Kentucky branch. They lose things, they don't file things and they re-ask for things over and over. They threaten monthly to take away your benefits if you don't resubmit things they already have gotten many times over. It is like calling Haiti. You will get a hillbilly, or a ghetto person on the phone and they make tons and tons of errors. Welcome to the new America.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HealthCare.gov. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HealthCare.gov problem?
~:): I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~:): I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HealthCare.gov's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~:): For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HealthCare.gov customers?
