~Wordsorter: The customer service rep - Bonnie - was very helpful. I can't say that about the Herff-Jones Fort Worth store, however. No one is ansering the phone to help me resolve an issue that is their fault. Instead, there is a cryptic message about being "closed for the holiday." It's April **. What holiday?**So I give Bonnie, the rep, a * out of *. So far, the Herff-Jones Fort Worth store gets a * out of * for being unhelpful. I shouldn't be having to jump through these hoops to get a simple thing resolved.
