GetHuman-255613: I spoke to Ty (****) and she offered me **.** dollars off my next Hertz rental and **.** to my charge for the WORST rental experience that I have EVER had. I told her that I was not satisfied and asked for another contact. She would not give me another person to speak to,not another phone number. Can some please call me to resolve this to my satisfaction? ***.***.****, Mrs. Healey. I cannot pay for the charges until I hear from someone who can help me. This is a matter of principle.
