GetHuman-138013: i waited ** minutes when i was told it would be ** minutes. apparently i was skipped because they didn't notice me. the rep was nice however failed to tell me about how their car coverage policy depends on if the rental is a leisure or insurance rental. i called regarding my concern but they couldn't help me because it was on the contract i signed. i got the same response from corporate. obviously, customer service is not their priority

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-138013: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hertz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-138013: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-138013: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hertz to know who you are.
