~Lewis: I ordered a large order for multiple addresses on line for Christmas. The order was completely incorrect in the order confirmation. I have contacted customer service both via email and the *-*** number and while everyone is very nice and helpful, each time the problem becomes worse. Despite the reps seeming to understand the errors in the order, they repeat, rather than correct the errors, they cancel parts of the order, they send multiple incorrect items to the wrong address. It has been a nightmare. I have requested a refund. Although they claim they have issued it, still nothing. Do NOT order from this company!
