~Patron: I wanted an item that is exclusive to online. After a great deal of frustration trying to place the order, and being told first that I didn't know my own zip code, I got to checkout, and it wouldn't take the ** numbers of my credit card. I tried numerous times with spaces and without spaces, and the last * numbers would not enter. I kept getting "please enter a valid credit card number". Called customer service, got a very nice young man by the name of Donovan who completed my order for me with no problem. The customer service is excellent, the online ordering needs some work.
