I purchased almost a $**** of your merchandise for Christmas gifts and two of my family members did not receive their order, which I placed on the ** of Dec. I was sent a e-mail notice of no delivery on Christmas Eve giving me no time to buy something else. That size of an order I would think is worthy of a phone call......... Lousy service I will not shop her again.elsofpl
