~anonymous: I tried to resolve my problem with online chat and email which did not resolve my problem but only made it worse. I called the *** number hoping to talk to a live person and someone picked up in * minute! She solved my problem*in less than * minutes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HobbyTron. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HobbyTron problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HobbyTron's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HobbyTron customers?
~anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HobbyTron to know who you are.
