~marsbar33917: I stayed at a Holiday Inn select in Ft. lauderdale and I would never stay at another HI again. We were locked out of our room for * hrs because the lock on the door malfunctioned and the maintainance man had to take the door apart to open it. They never said we're sorry about that or anything. Then the screwed up the billing and I didnt notice it until I got home. Tried calling and was told the only one who could get it straightened out worked **PM to * AM and would call me at * the next morning. I got up early to get her call but ended up calling her at *:** figuring I could get it cleared up so she could go home at *. I was then told she had already left for the day. Then later in the day someone else called me but talked to my wife and was told to call back at *:**, it is now almost * and no call. I am on the customer service phone right now and I have been waiting for ** mins and nothing yet. Never again for a Holiday Inn. Ive learned my leason.
