GetHuman-267051: The Holiday Inn does not take responsibility for the safety and well being of their guests. The location in which my husband and I stayed did not have security cameras nor did they have security guard. Our vehicle was stolen and the hotel clerk did not want to have anything to do with us and sent us on our merry way. The hotel clerk would not look us in the eye when we requested his assistance. He was taking a personal call on the hotel's phone and texting at the same time. When we called the ***-guest relations number, the gentleman was not helpful at all. We will never stay at any Holiday Inn or related entities of Holiday Inn because of their lack of customer service and security concerns for their guests.
