~roo: I have called three times, and waited on hold for ** minutes with -*- answer. I have written * emails, with -*- response. I don't understand how it is even legal to have zero customer service to handle issues. I am a property owner whom sustained substantial damage, and they will not respond to any email, even though I purchased their SCAM insurance.(Which entails asking the tenant, "Did you cause this damage?" If the tenant says "no", your claim is denied.

~roo: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~roo: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HomeAway.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~roo: For that I would say one out of five.
