~charan_rn: I booked a hotel in Singapore recently with Hotels.com (Hotel - Harbour Ville Hotel)... the price on the hotel website for the same set of facilities was INR **** (net price including all taxes and charges) and the same hotel with exact same facilities was charged INR *****- (that's almost a price thats **% higher)... When I called them immediately they gave me all kinds of lame excuses about their system etc.. I spoke to a guy called Vishal calling their **** *** **** toll free number for ** mins only to hear from him he can't do anything and I could do what ever I want. What was sad about their system - not only do they charge you more they can't correct anything even after they acknowledging the issue... If you thought I will ever book using Hotels.com again you must be dreaming... I would suggest you use their website only to check the price and always book with the hotel directly... I paid **% more for making the mistake ... and not sure how much more I must have paid all these ye
