~no more hughesnet: I am thinking of pursuing a class action law suit for this company charging customers after they have pursued a service cancellation. I have tried for almost * months to cancel this account. I have spoken to * or more individuals (all located in India) that say I must speak to customer account representative and then the calls are disconnected. Despite multiple calls, I still cannot get this account closed. This is absolutely ridiculous.
