GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-kherzog: The whole Hughesnet experience has been overwhelmingly frustrated, I just want to throw my computer out the window and rip the dish off of my roof
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HughesNet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HughesNet problem?
GetHuman-kherzog: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-kherzog: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-kherzog: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HughesNet customers?
