~Ruth Messing: Never could get to a live human being. Tried your system of pressing * immediately and didn't work. Had to wait through ** minutes of menus. Asked for number to call me back and said * to call back or * if not...I pressed * and they wanted a * so I input my number and recording said "you are being transferred to a customer service representative"...then a wait, then a click, and after ** more seconds line went dead to dial tone. I've been a Humana customer for over a year and have tried numerous times to phone them and have NEVER gotten a live human being. Have sent e-mails from website and n one EVER answered them. Horrible company service.

~Ruth Messing: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ruth Messing: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Humana's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ruth Messing: For that I would say two out of five.

~Ruth Messing: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Humana to know who you are.
