~coralroses: THANKS!! My mom was getting frustrated trying to contact Humana about her prescription plan by their automated torture device. I found your site and She used **** number above, hit zero (multiple times cause she's impatient) and quickly spoke with Jessica- Great rep with a soothing voice :) She found the local pharmacy messed up the quantity for both diabetic meds.
