~chuck : never get a call back, I wrote to them end of November, they will look into it but to date **.**.** never received answers, they charge what they want with no explanations, when asked for one I am told there is no supervisor that can accommodate, will try to contact congressman to see if they can LOOSE THEIR license for medicare plan "D"

~chuck : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~chuck : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Humana's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~chuck : For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Humana customers?
~chuck : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Humana to know who you are.
