GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman41209: My **** Santa Fe has a Heating*AC issue. I have taken it numerous times to the dealer's service center for repair and I was told they couldn't duplicate the problem. One time I was told it was the battery causing the blower to fluctuate before leaving I checked and the issue was not fixed. A service manager listened, told me to call back the next morning that it was a blower issue. I took it back a week or two later (I live out of town) and they witnessed the issue but I was told Hyundai wouldn't let them correct it that it was normal. The explanation was that it does that to prevent freezing up and that's how it is designed. My problem is I bought it new and for years this never happened. So it was either wrong from the beginning or the service department or person at Hyundai they are talking with is full of garbage. Now that it is cooler and I am needing my heat it happens there as well. It's not just the AC. A couple of weeks ago another heating and AC issue began however it is not all the time. I try to turn it off and it automatically turns back on. Today for example...I was driving to work from home (less that ** miles) and I tried at least ** times to turn it off. I try to deal with the dealership the vehicle was purchased from as they provide me with a loaner while they do repairs*or not (in almost all cases). I live ** minutes to * hour away, work and have a child I can not go to have work done everyday. My issues should be resolved through the warranty. My car will be paid for in a couple of months and this should be resolved prior to that. I've been trying for almost * year to resolve this issue. I need it fixed!
