~brell25: STAY AWAY!!!! This place is an absolute rip off. I went on line to complete the course required by the DMV. Per the instructions on the website I picked the course that best described my situation. After a week and a half checking everyday to make sure the DMV received the "*Electronic Transfer"* (which is the only acceptable form of course completion proof by the state of Florida) there was nothing. I called my DMV and they never received my completion certificate. I called idrivesafely and for * days was given the run around about why it was never sent to the DMV. They informed me that I needed to take the TCAC course and not the * hour BDI course that the DMV was requesting. The TCAC course as described on the website is for people who have been in a traffic collision. I was never in a traffic collision and nothing on the website states that that is the only course in which they will electronically send my information to the DMV.
