GetHuman-364299: Reps need to speak English clearly and also spell English correctly when issuing tickets. My experience was terrible with non English speaking reps, and the ticket came thru with misspelled name. It took * calls and the ticket is still not correct, and it came thru in Spanish after requesting it in English. Very poor communication.Terrible time after flying to Spain for ** yrs, this was horrible,
