~Tommy Q: Everything is three to five business days. You call in and never speak to the same person twice. We were mailed paperwork to do a rollover from the ***k to an IRA. Completed the paperwork overnighted it back. They received the paperwork on Monday we called and they said that the rollover check would be processed the next business day and the funds would arrive either Thursday or Friday. We called Friday when we didn't receive the funds a week later and nothing had been processed. Apparently two boxes had been checked. We were then told the transaction would be processed on Monday and it would be another * to * business days. I called to speak with a supervisor explaining that they had not followed through with even one of their promises. Still no resolution or attempt to make the experience better. Got the response that they are in a call center and no one has a direct line so you more than likely won't speak with the same rep. I asked for the supervisors name. He provided his name and
