~RSG: This company is a big joke. I moved to my new place on *****. The first bill period was ***** - *****. They charged me $*** for ** days as the ***** reading was estimate. I called them and they agreed to reduce the bill. The next bill they sent was $*** where they changed earlier reading from estimate to actuate and just $* reduction, so I called again and no resolution. I called twice after that, till that time another bill for period *****-***** came out which was just $**, so I called them and requested to prorate my first bill based on the usage in *nd bill. They agreed. And the horror started. They corrected first bill to $** for ** days and updated second bill to $*** which was previously $**. So essentially, they did nothing and just increased the confusion. I am still calling every day without any resolution.**Is there another choice ? This company is a big joke and every time I call, it takes **-** min before I talk to somebody. Where can I take my grievance ?
