~angry customer: absolutely the worst customer service in the world. On hold for ** minutes different departments keep answering the phone only to put me back on hold for another ** min .The only way that they will fix this joke of a company is to have competition ,but they dont .shut my electric down for non payment .I never recieved any notice that they were doing this.They left a note in my door during working hours and shut electric off .My wife could not get into the house without garage door electric .she sat in the driveway for hours .My son needed his meds and had no access to them.I tried to call but my cellphone died because i was on hold forever . this could have all been avoided with a simple call to my cell but they are not smart enough to do this. Being in the law enforcement industry i will have them investigated.
