~blue...in the face: *** mins on hold on ******* and could not get through to a live person. Tried an hour later and was put on hold for ** mins with no success either. Tried again the next day and still held up for ** mins. Gave up - jetBlue doesn't want me to fly!

~blue...in the face: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JetBlue's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~blue...in the face: For that I would say four out of five.
