GetHuman-brycejj: On last evening I was flying out of Jacksonville to JFK on a flight that was scheduled to leave at *:**pm and after being delayed *
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-brycejj: * Times FINALLY was able to leave the runway shortly after **pm. When the flight attendant Jason began passing out the snacks as he approached my seat **D I casually went to reach for a bag of chips and he rudely snatched the basket away and said: NO...I WILL GIVE IT TO YOU..very loudly and embarrassing... Of course I waited and politely declined a snack when he said: NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT. It May not have been so noticeable if he hadn't allowed the patrons behind me to pick from the basket. In no way am I trying to play the race card although I'm African American and Jason is White but it didn't help when I turned around and he was allowing the white patrons to choose from the basket. If you go thru your records I May not have frequent flyer miles but over the past * years I have flown often and I only fly JetBlue. I was hurt and humiliated and felt let down by the only airline that I have recommended to all my family and friends who do now have frequent flyer miles because of my turning them on to JetBlue. I would like commend flight attendant Rodney for his SUPERB customer service because once he saw something was wrong he offered to accommodate me. He was so attentive and not once did I witness him "snatch" anything from anybody. I'm not sure if this experience will change my mind about flying JetBlue but it sure put a damper on motto that JetBlue is the only way to fly...

GetHuman-brycejj: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-brycejj: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JetBlue's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-brycejj: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other JetBlue customers?
GetHuman-brycejj: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for JetBlue to know who you are.
