~mmHouse: Back in March I booked * tickets to San Diego for my boyfriend and me. **We recently broke up and when I called JetBlue to cancel the tickets, I was told that there was a "note" written next to ex-boyfriend's reservation.**Apparently, he had called JetBlue and told them that I was not allowed to cancel his ticket. *Even though the tickets were paid under my credit card, they approved his request. **Now he will be taking a trip out to San Diego on my credit card. *Apparently all he needed to give them was the flight confirmation number located on the itinerary. *They couldn't even verify that the person who called was in fact my ex-boyfriend. **They agreed that I was being wronged but said they couldn't legally cancel his flight. But apparently they can legally allow him to use my credit card?

~mmHouse: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mmHouse: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JetBlue's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mmHouse: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other JetBlue customers?
~mmHouse: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for JetBlue to know who you are.
