GetHuman-178639: Was on hold for ** minutes before a person picked up. I told the Customer Service person that I had * flights booked and my * year old son was on a different flight from us and I was unable to change it online. She put me back on hold for another hour (essentially dropped me back into the queue at the end of the line). Horrible doesn't begin to describe it.

GetHuman-178639: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-178639: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JetBlue's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-178639: For that I would say five out of five.
