~kashon swaby: waited to hear from someone.never did cant get anyone on phone in nassau to enquire about change in flight.pragnent woman having pain wants to get home needed to change flight never got any one .if this is the way you all give services,iwill never fly with u again or recccomend u to any one ever again.i am highly upset about this situation .still have not gotten a response.she is due to stay untill sunday but feeling pain and having nose bleed ,wants to come home but cant get a agent in florida or nassau to change flight for today ********** ,she is also traveling with a * yrs kid & in a hotel room alone .so what the **** is wrong with your services ? i really dont think u want me to answer that.
