~drnan1: The first phone call I sat on hold for ** minutes to change an error in the shipping address, I was told the address was corrected until I received the tracking number later in the afternoon with the WRONG address, sent * emails and the *nd call to them, well I am still on hold and it has been an additional ** minutes and I still haven't talked to anyone yet, and now I am caller number **, YAHOO, only have to wait another ** minutes... Still have no idea if I will ever got it resolved or if they send it to the wrong person and wow, they will get a free computer...
